27b Floral Street is a mixed-use retail and office building that was designed in the late-1990s as a post-modern interpretation of the warehouses that are part of the historic character of Covent Garden. The building is six storeys tall and fronts onto two of Covent Garden’s most prominent streets, Floral Street and Long Acre. Currently, the office space at upper levels is vacant, whilst the basement, ground and first floors is occupied by TK Maxx. The building is not listed but does adjoin with the Grade II listed Stanfords building to the west on Long Acre. The site is located outside of the Covent Garden Conservation Area.

Eden Campus is a major mixed-use development in Kingston Upon Thames is set to be occupied by British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company Unilever.
The overall masterplan includes 363,000 sq ft (GEA) of offices, a tall residential building and a flexible building providing parking for 354 cars (30% electric charging facility) and 450 cycle spaces.
Eden Campus will sensitively integrate into the local context, respecting the historic townscape of Kingston with all four key buildings situated within a high quality green urban setting, designed by award winning landscape architects Gillespie's.
The aspiration of the scheme is to be carbon net zero in operation, with efficient office layouts, high performance insulation, considered material selection and rooftop photovoltaics. In addition to this the scheme will connect to Kingston’s proposed district heating supply.
Throughout the scheme there will be an emphasis on fostering biodiversity. As part of the project, The Hogsmill, one of London’s lost rivers, will be restored with natural banks, reed beds and local species planted.
The Honey Building
The proposed masterplan places the main BREAAM ‘Excellent’ rated 9-storey office building on the primary frontage facing the widened Eden Street.
The Honey Building will have a strong architectural identity, with the form of the building continuing the curved profile of Eden Street. This will have a 2-storey recessed lower element with a 4-storey footprint above. The double set back on levels 6 and 8 provides amenity terraces whilst allowing the massing to respect local views.

Soho Farmhouse - Oxford
17 years after the launch of our first countryside hotel, Babington House, we opened Soho Farmhouse. Spread across 100 acres in Oxfordshire, the Farm occupies a series of renovated outbuildings, including a dilapidated watermill that now houses a country pub. Influenced by upstate New York cabin culture, the aim was to create a home-made and personal feel – more like a guest cottage on a farm.
2015 also saw the openings of Soho House Istanbul, and the second House in London’s Soho: 76 Dean Street.
